Wingnut Elevates Ann Elkins to Vice President

MINNEAPOLIS —Wingnut has promoted Ann Elkins from account director to vice president. Elkins joins Wingnut’s three partners —John Arms, Jim Cousins and Greg Dutton —as an agency leader.
